My Account

I have forgotten my password.

When signing in, click on the 'Forgot Password' link below the login page. You will be then redirected to a new page where you need to fill in your registered email address and soon after you will receive an email with a link to 'reset your password'.

I want to deactivate my account.

To deactivate your account, please reach out to us through "Chat with us" option under My Accounts section or email us at support@nykaafashion.com.

I want to change the email address.

Once your account is created, we will not be able to make any changes to your registered email address.

I want to change the account name.

Once your account is created, we will not be able to make any changes to your account name.

Wishlist

How do I add items to my wishlist?

To add an item to your wishlist, click on the heart icon next to the pink button as shown below. 

Once added on the wishlist. You can view those items from Wishlist accessible from the Mega menu.
I am unable to add products to the wishlist.
To add an item to your wishlist, click on the heart icon on the top right corner of the product image.
