How do I cancel my order? (once it has been shipped)

Product once shipped cannot be canceled. Please do the cancellation if required before the product is shipped.

How do I cancel my order? (before it has been shipped)

If your order is a 'made-to-order' piece, you can cancel within 24 hrs of placing it by writing to customer care at "support@nykaafashion.com"
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your "My order" section.
If you have placed the order as a guest, signup/sign in with the email that you have used while placing an order and you can then track/cancel order through "My Order" section.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after the cancellation request.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 2 business days in case of cancellation of an order.

In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been picked up by our courier partner. It can take 5- 7 days to reflect into your bank account as per the bank timelines.

Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel my order?

If the full order is cancelled, then the shipping charges will get refunded.

If part of an order is cancelled, then the shipping charges will not be refunded.

My request for cancellation has not been processed.

Our courier partner will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been approved.
Please note that the product should be unused and ready with proper tags. During pick up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return item.

How are returns processed?

What is Nykaa Fashion's return policy?

Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and replacement policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or replacement. If the product is eligible for return, we request you to initiate return request within 7 days of delivery through one of the following steps:

1) Via 'My Orders' section on the Nykaa Fashion app - Easiest and fastest way to create return.
2) Or write to us at support@nykaafashion.com
3) Chat with Us through "Chat with us" option in account section.

Only products that are unused, unworn, undamaged, have their original tags and labels intact, in original packaging are eligible for return.

Why wasn't my product picked up?

Once you have placed a return request, our field executives will pick-up the parcel within 5 business days.
They will make almost 3 attempts to pick up the product post which picks up will be cancelled.
If our courier partner faces any issues in picking up your product, we will keep you informed.

I have requested for an exchange. By when will I get it?

Once you request to replace a product via My orders section through app, email or phone, a pick up is organized for the item
Our courier partner will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your replacement request has been approved.
Please note that the product should be unused and ready with proper tags. During pick up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return item.
This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a new replacement order is created.

You can track the status of your replacement request from the My Order section.

How long do I have to return my order?

If the product is returnable, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the product.

How do I place a return/exchange request?

In case you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about a particular product, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Step 1: Follow one of the following steps:

a. Via My Orders section

Click on 'My Orders'. Go to Order and select 'Return' or 'Replacement'. Proceed with reason for return and provide images of the product.

b. Via Help Center

Click on 'Submit Request' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace your order.

Step 2: Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

I haven't received my refund.

We will process your refund within 2 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been picked up by our courier partner. It can take 5- 7 days to reflect into your bank account as per the bank timelines.

For payments done through credit/debit cards/net banking/UPI, a refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of product picked up. It may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of product picked up and receiving your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Please share the correct bank account details with our support team for a seamless refund.

The product was returned, but I haven't received my refund.

We initiate the refund once the product is successfully picked up by our courier partner, however it takes 5-7 days to reflect in your bank account according to the bank timelines. In case of delay, please reach out to us through "Chat with us" option under My Accounts section or email us at support@nykaafashion.com.

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you can return a part of your order as long as the product is eligible for return. This should be done within 7 days of receiving the product.
To create return:

Click on 'My Orders'. Go to Order and select 'Return' or 'Replacement'. Proceed with reason for return and provide images of the product.

b. Via Help Center

What products are not eligible for return?

Made-to-order products, International orders, Innerwears etc. are not eligible for return.
For more details on our return and replacement policy, please refer to the product page of the item ordered.

The refund amount processed is incorrect.

If you have received an incorrect refund amount, please reach out to us through "Chat with us" option under My Accounts section or email us at support@nykaafashion.com.

When will my return be picked up?

How will I receive my refund for a COD order?

For all COD orders, the money will be refunded to your bank account.

Please share your accurate bank account details through 'My orders' section of app or mail us at support@nykaafashion.com to receive the refund amount.

We will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount in the bank details shared by you. Once we receive your bank details and product is picked up by courier partner refund is initiated.
It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account as per bank timelines.
